At this stage we consider you’ve gained your visa!
Pick up service can be organized only after you send us an arrival form and a scan of your visa. You should submit these documents at least 7 days before your arrival. TPU provides free pick up service only for students arriving to Tomsk. Arriving in neighboring cities (Novosibirsk) will cause troubles in organizing a pick-up service on the part of TPU and additional expenses on your part.
In case of force majeure, when there is no one to pick you up upon your arrival, follow to the taxi booth next to the arrival terminal at Tomsk airport and you will be assisted to call a taxi directly to your dormitory.
