Since 2008 TPU exchange students are taken care of by members of Buddy Building Club. They are happy to provide assistance to newcomers and help them to immerse into Russian realias. Buddies are appointed to exchange students well before their arrival to Tomsk. So if you are admitted to exchange program at TPU wait for your buddy to contact you by email.
