Restoration of linear dimensions of worn out high-precision friction couplings in hydraulic units by diamond burnishing allows to restore friction couplings without using secondary treatment techniques. Scale of restoration is up to 0.2 mm for ductile materials. Laboratory facilities

Tasks performed
- Development of mandrel constructions for diamond burnishing of worn out high-precision formed surfaces using pneumatic bearing elements.
- Study of the process of diamond restoration of worn-out surfaces, refining of industrial use modes of high-precision hydraulic units in repair production in oil and gas industry.
