According to the TPU tradition, during enrolment campaign, the University conducts a series of the students’ surveys. This year in the survey of "The most perspective specialization" the specialization "Mechatronics and Robotics" of the Institute of Cybernetics has been recognized by future students as one of six most promising training areas.

The interest in this direction can be explained by quality of training of the Institute and employment opportunities.

It should be noted that the distinguishing feature of this specialization is a heavy specialized program, which allows an opportunity to design and program the robots in the student technology business incubator, as well as participate in various competitions on robotics.
