The Department of Integrated Computer Control Systems of the Institute of Cybernetics now possesses the smart android DARwIn. DARwIn-OP is a compact humanoid robot (android), which is in fact a unique robotic platform aimed for research and development in the framework of the educational process.

This android is a completely open software platform with open source code that can be programmed with different software.The students of the department plan to enliven this robot: make him see, move, navigate, fulfil joint action with people.
