All the foreign citizens arriving in the Russian Federation must be registered.

Within day after arrival in the country you must visit the International Cooperation Planning and Organization Office (TPU main building, office 230) and submit the following documents for migration registration:

• passport,
• migration card,
• copy of the ticket to Tomsk.

Then you will receive a registration card which you should keep in your passport as well as your migration card.

Being legally registered you may stay in the Russian Federation till the validity date of your visa.

Note!

In case you:

• Crossed the borders of the Russian Federation,
• checked in at a hotel or an accommodation in Tomsk or other Russian Federation cities,
• moved to another accommodation of TPU,
• received a new passport,

you are required to visit the International Cooperation Planning and Organization Office (TPU main building, office 230) and inform on any of listed above within one working day in order to apply for a new registration.
