TPU graduates may receive European Diploma Supplements.

The European Diploma Supplement (EDS) is a document accompanying a higher education diploma, which is designed to provide information in English and Russian about nature, level, context, content and status of education received. ЕDS is necessary for the graduate basically when he plans to continue education with foreign educational institution or foreign employer in local or other country. 

The form of European Diploma Supplement has been developed according to recommendations of EU, the Council of Europe and UNESCO.

Designed as an aid to help recognition, the supplement makes the holder’s qualification more readable and easily comparable abroad.

The service for providing the European Diploma Supplement is paid – 2000 rubles.

Payment can be made:

• by transfer to the TPU account (for example, via Sberbank on-line),
• in cash in any bank.

Please note that the bank may charge a fee for the transfer. There’s no commission when paying through Sberbank within Tomsk Region.

To obtain the European Diploma Supplement, you need to submit:

• an application;
• a copy of TPU diploma;
• a copy of TPU diploma supplement;
• a copy of international passport (page with photo).

The documents can be submitted directly to the International Student Department, room 333-1,2, TPU main building, tel. 60-64-26 (доб. 5058), 14.15 - 17.00 or in scan copies to the e-mail: mst@tpu.ru. 

It takes up to 3 weeks from the date of submission of the application to issue EDS (provided all the documents are correct).

Please note that we accept applications for TPU diplomas issued not earlier than 1992!
