As a result of studying the discipline students should know the scientific and technological bases of physical training and a healthy way of life, methods and tools for health promotion, the basic concepts of physical culture of man and society, particularly the effective implementation of motor actions. The student should be able to use the means and methods of physical training for professional and personal development, physical self-improvement and health promotion and lifestyle, exercise self-control over the state of the body and use the means of physical training in order to optimize their own performance and the own means and methods to strengthen individual health and physical education.
