The basic principles of construction and use of mathematical models of complex systems; the theoretical foundations of mathematics, information technology, and software simulation of activity of controls related to the activities in the sphere of relations connected with the technosphere safety and environmental protection are studied. This course is devoted to study of the basic methods of forecasting and definition of man-made high-risk areas and decision-making in the management of environmental impacts.
