The course “Quality Management” is offered to the bachelor and/or master students as a “Professional English” class. The course consists of three modules. The first module of the course covers the fundamental questions of quality, evolution development of quality management and quality specifications and costs. The second module describes Quality Management Systems and explains ISO 9000. The third module explains Total Quality Management tools and statistical processes control.
