Ekaterina V. Men’shikova is an Associate Professor of Department of Management of Institute of Humanities, Social Sciences & Technologies at
National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University.
I gained the Engineer degree in electro-physical engineering at Tomsk Polytechnic University. For my postgraduate research I moved to Saint-Petersburg where I completed PhD in Social Philosophy at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia. Currently I am an Associate Professor in Management and Human Recourses Studies.
