Research interests
Most of my research has revolved around the human resources management - determine needs of staff, onboarding and motivation, training of employees, problems of discrimination in organisation.
Moreover my scientific interests are studies of implementation of quality management system in organisation and application tools of lean manufacturing to improve performance efficiency.

Research projects
In 2008 I was involved as one of the research fellows in the execution of administrative agreement between Department of Management with the Agency of Development of the Tomsk region on the programme "Monitoring of Socio-economic Development of the Tomsk region of 2001-2005" supervised by Professor Irina E. Nikulina.
In 2014 I conducted research on TPU hostel efficiency in order to implement tools of lean production in activity of organisation.
In the same year as a member of research group I participated in development of performance indicators for administrative personnel of National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, the work supervised by Professor Irina E. Nikulina.
