Graduated from Tomsk polytechnic university Automation and computer systems department Bachelor’s degree in “Automation of technological processes” (Master’s degree in processes and technology) in 2004 defended Ph.D. thesis “Modeling and complex analysis of business processes at the enterprise”. The author of more then 60 scientific articles and academic publications.

From 2008 - Associate professor of TPU Department of control systems optimization, a university teachers of International level according to ING-PAED. 2007-2011 – acted as a vice-dean in International activities on Automation and computer systems department (ACSD), TPU 2012-2015 – Head of Elite engineering department, TPU. From 2015 - Rector, Tomsk Regional Teachers Professional Re-training Institute
