Born at 28 June 1953.
In 1975 graduated from the Novosibirsk Geological Technical College, majoring in “Geology, Prospecting and Exploration of Mineral Deposits”.
In 1986 graduated from the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute majoring in “Geology, searches and investigation of mineral deposits”.
From 1975 to 1982 worked in the department of engineering researches of the Siberian branch of the institute "Giproruda" Novovkuznetsk city, Kemerovo region.
In different periods of employment he worked Kuznetsk center of East Coal-Chemical Institute, the West Siberian Researh Center, Siberian Industrial University.
Candidate of Engineering Sciences since 2006. Dissertation topic is “Chemical destruction of coal and forecasting of physical and mechanical based on IR spectroscopy”.
