Subject. Due to the increasing importance of the anti-crisis macroeconomic management becomes an important clarification of the terminology in this field.
Objectives. Evaluation and refinement of the views of the scientists studying the concept of "crisis management", "anti-crisis measures", "macroeconomic system" and "anti-crisis macroeconomic management", as well as proof of the importance of clarifying these concepts.
Methodology. We used the methods of analogy, comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis. The method similar properties studied the concept of "crisis management" transferred to the term "anti-crisis macroeconomic management". Comparison of methods for determination of the final compared with similar concepts. The methods of synthesis and analysis investigated the opinions of other authors. The final concept is made on the basis of revised synthesis of the terms "crisis management" and "macro-economic system."
Results. All the goals are achieved. As a result, several articulated elements of scientific novelty. First, in crisis management in addition to appropriate measures for their implementation it is proposed to form, organize and improve. Secondly, given the distinction of anti-crisis measures and neantikrizisnyh based on the degree of importance of their impact on the performance of the object being studied. Thirdly, it is proved that the crisis management and its member shall be based on appropriate theoretical, methodological and legal bases and not on their disparate elements. Fourth, refined macroeconomic system by taking into account the main elements of institutional economics. Fifth, shows the transition from the production aspects, exchange, distribution and consumption of material goods to the view from the standpoint of social order prevailing in the country (agriculture, export of raw materials, industrial and information). At the same time all kinds of social order are listed in ascending order of their importance to the management of the world's powers, ie, prevailing in the country should have an information system. Sixth, delineated typical and atypical features of the system.
Conclusions. Subjects using the studied determination, should have a unified view of them, fully correspond to modern reality. The results demonstrate the need to review the essence of anti-crisis macroeconomic management.
