The discipline is aimed at training of bachelor degree students to:
- Organizational and administrative, research and information and entrepreneurial activity, which ensures effective management of human resources and corporate staff;
- Management of recruitment agencies and staffing companies, HR Management units of companies;
- Process Management aimed at efficient allocation of labor resources and improvement of their quality;
- Project activities in the field of HR management, perspective planning of personnel development, attracting and allocation of labor resources at municipal and regional levels.
