In 1975 I graduated from high school №2 of Leninsk-Kuznetsky and entered Tomsk Polytechnic Institute.

In 1980 I graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute, Department of Chemical Technology.

In 2012 I defended my thesis under the title: "The potential of social management in the situation of global instability: social and philosophical aspect."
