Delivered program: Geomorphology and Quaternary Geology

Annotation:

The course of Geomorphology is focused on the relief structure of the Erath Crust, morphologic and morphometric characteristics of various reliefs, processes going on the relief formation (fluvial, slope, cryogenic etc.), Quaternary Glaciations, theoretical aspects of relief formation. Some questions of Quaternary Geology also consider on this course: stratigraphy and geochronology of Quarter, methods of geological time definition. Labs concern some practical workshops regarding to reconstruction of reliefs the given territory with construction of cross sections and maps (via ancient and modern events).
