Sulaymanov Almaz h graduated from the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute, specialty – Electric power stations in 1991. From 1991 to 2000 he worked as a Junior researcher, researcher, assistant of the Department “Electric stations”, head of laboratory of the same Department in 2000-2001, head of IT Department of ELTI TPU from 2001 to 2007, from 2008 to 2010, head of the laboratory of the Department “Electric stations”. Assistant lecturer in the same Department since 2009. Since 2010 head of Scientific Department at TPU Power engineering Institute. From 2001 to 2005. he studied at extramural postgraduate course. The dissertation on competition of degree of candidate of technical Sciences defended in 2009.
