Based on results of his research activities, Dr. Rybin published about 150 papers in national and foreign journals, including 66 inventor’s certificates, and two monographs in Springer: Electronic Devices for Analog Signal Processing in 2012 and Measuring Signal Generators. Theory & Design in 2014. His findings were reported at many national conferences of the Soviet Union and Russia, as well as at IMEKO congresses. The instruments developed by Dr. Rybin were demonstrated at international exhibitions and trade fairs. Under his scientific supervision, three postgraduate students defended their PhD theses. Dr. Rybin was awarded with the Inventor of the USSR badge. In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of his university, he was awarded with a commemorative medal — 100 Years of the Tomsk Polytechnic University (1900–2000). In 2002, he got an honorary diploma from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for his conscientious work and valuable inputs in the development of the TPU. For high achievements in the development of instruments and putting them into large-scale production, Dr. Rybin was awarded with the silver medal of the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy (VDNH). In 2004, he won the Yukos award.
