UNESCO treats “educational technologies as a systematic approach of develop-ment, implementation and evaluation of teaching process and knowledge acquisition, taking into account technical and human resources, and their interaction to optimize education forms”. Educational technology is an elaborate model of both learning and teaching activi-ties on planning, organization and realization of teaching and learning process with comfortable conditions for students as well as for teachers. Educational technology assumes the implementation of the idea of complete controllability of learning and teaching activities.
