Organization of teaching and learning process includes traditional scheme as well as “systemic use of new computer technologies”. During the first years of education the main task is to create a solid foundation, which will be superimposed by profes-sional and special knowledge. Over the last years educational facilities have greatly improved. This fact gives students an opportunity to have an open mind; allows forming skills necessary for working with large amounts of information, and for solv-ing challenging problems. The advantages of implementation of information-multimedia techniques and modern teaching methods are as follows: increase of visu-alization role of teaching material acquisition, interest of students; actualization of discipline, variety of types of activity at the lesson, teacher does not lose the train of thought. Therefore, nowadays many teachers use electronic lectures-presentations notes for the effective teaching of students. Electronic lecture notes are first of all a lecture map and accessible and comprehensible material for students. New information technolo-gies allow to manage the quality of learning material introduction form during the lectures (using of all multimedia technical devices), increase the quantity of ways of presentation (implication of video fragments, pictures, drawings and all kinds of elec-tronic resources while presenting the learning material) and to improve the quality of presented material. In the course of numerous researches, it was proved that nearly 80% of incoming information about our environment we get through our eyes. That is why visibility of material, brightness of its presentation and also uniting of electronic lecture presentation with summary of a lecture allow to attract attention and make a lasting emotional impact on students. Therefore, educational presentations simplify material understanding and improve its acquisition.
