Publication of papers in international peer-reviewed journals The course aims to build the skills of independent planning, writing and submitting research articles to international peer-reviewed journals. The program aims to deliver basic knowledge of publishing the results of scientific research in leading scientific journals. The program will help its participants to ppublish their research results. The program participants will be taught by an experienced researcher who published more than 70 research papers in international journals. The program will be particularly useful for young researchers who plan to publish results of their own research.

Course objectives The participants of the course will learn how to plan, write and publish papers using the results of their own research finding novelty, literature search and analysis, experiment planning, analysis of the results, structure of the paper, consise and clear text, verification of research results. The students will learn the basic stages of the publication process: formal requirements, language requirements, technical questions and possible problems (making a paper title, abstract and conclusions) and basic skills of writing a review article.

The course material is based on the personal experience of the lecturer, who published more than 70 scientific papersworking in Tallinn technical University (Estonia) and Lappeenranta Technical University (Finland).
