Economy and labour sociology One of the main problems of personnel management specialist is rational use of human resources, cost optimization of human potential in enterprise. In order to solve these problems it is necessary to know sociological and economic methods contributing to the organization of labor process, the main characteristics of labor force and labor potential of an employee. Within the discipline, the principles of cooperation and division of labor are studied along with the principles of organization and labor certification; time management ways; principles of social policy in the organization; methods of organization, conduct and analysis of sociological research in organization.
