I was born in the city of Kiselevsk, Kemerovo region 14/12/1972 In 1995, I graduated from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR) (Department of Microelectronics) with honors. After graduating from full-time postgraduate studies in TUSUR in 1998, I work at Tomsk Polytechnic University, where I have gone through all the stages of scientific work from the post of junior research assistant to the head of the Problem Research Laboratory of Electronics of Dielectrics and Semiconductors. In 2003, I successfully defended my Ph.D. Marital status: Married. Two children. Awards: Laureate Diploma and Tomsk Region Prize in the field of education and science (2002); Laureate and Prize of the State Duma of the Tomsk Region (2005); Nominee scholarship of NK "Yukos" for success in creating competitive models of new equipment and technologies (2004); Certificate of honor of TPU (2007); TPU Gallery of Honor (2012); Certificate of honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (2012); Title Laureate of the competition for the prize of the Tomsk region in the field of education, science, health and culture (2013)
