The lecturer was competitive in this area. Technique of the material and benefits were at a decent level. Following the filing of the lecture material we conducted a demonstration on the equipment. Engineers introduces how to the work of the milling CNC machine, cutting tools and cutting process. We had a tour of the company. We were shown the workshops and laboratories, conducted by departments. I've seen various equipment (milling machines, measuring systems, storage systems tools etc.) and tools (milling cutters, drills, cutters, carbide plates, etc.).

There are CREO (CAD) and Windchill (data management system). Professor Paul Wyndorps was very competitive in this field. The technique of presenting the material and manuals were at a decent level. At first time we doing own tasks and then worked in a team. Professor introduced us to his achievements in the field of plm-technology. We had a tour of the university. We were told about the workshops and laboratories of the mechanical department. I saw different equipment (3D printer, position for research, hydraulic systems, etc.) and machines (milling, lathe, drilling, loom, knitting, etc.).
