Research work I started in 2000. In the master of 2002 I was engaged in scientific work at the Department of electrical Insulating, cable and capacitor technology ELTI TPU on the topic "Development of high-technology production of oxide nanoceramics". In the course of conducting scientific research was a prototype magnetic-pulsed press, which was later patented..
In 2004, I enrolled in graduate school of Tomsk Polytechnic University and continued in the same scientific direction. In 2007 I won a scholarship to study abroad. I worked in the research center in Karlsruhe (Germany). In 2010 I defended a PhD thesis on "Korunda-zirconium nano obtained with the use of high-intensity streams of energy". From 2000 to the present I am doing research into synthesis, analysis and use of a variety of nanopowders and get them from bulk materials.
The main scientific directions of the work:
- plasma-dynamic synthesis of ultra - and nanodispersed materials,
- magnetic pulsed compaction of powder materials,
- microwave sintering of materials,
- spark plasma sintering of ceramic, ceramic-metal and metal materials,
- x-ray diffraction and x-ray diffraction analysis of materials,
- scanning electron microscopy,
- analysis of thermophysical and mechanical properties of materials.
