- Knowledge of current trends of development of power systems, cable lines. Knowledge of the classification power cables, insulation systems, nomenclature and properties of electrical insulating materials used; li>
- Experience in the design definition of indicators of electric power transmission for optimal cable line. The ability to project power cables for the various operating modes (fixed, overload, alarm), count the maximum permissible current load of power cable lines with regard to the nature of energy consumers; li>
- Knowledge of the research in the field of design and operational safety of power cable systems, both domestic and foreign authors. Knowledge of the physical foundations of the distribution of electric and thermal fields in power cables, taking into account the mutual influence on each other phases and conditions of laying and operation; li>
- Experience in the use of modern mathematical packages and software solutions for the electrical and thermal problems on designing of power cable systems. Knowledge of and experience with State standards and the appropriate regulatory and technical documentation li> Ul>
