  8. The results of the development of the module (discipline):
    • Knowledge of current trends in electrical insulating materials and systems, electrical devices and diagnostics. Knowledge of the basic criteria for determining the list of test and measurement equipment;
    • Knowledge and experience of working with State standards and the appropriate regulatory and technical documentation;
    • Knowledge of methods of measurement of electrical, mechanical and thermal insulation characteristics of electrical devices and materials. Knowledge of modern methods and means of measurement and diagnosis of operational properties of materials, electrical devices and cables;
    • Knowledge of the basic regulations on quality, standardization and certification of electric power and electrical facilities.

    • Section 6: Measurement of mechanical properties of electrical insulating materials;
    • Section 7. Methods for preparing and measuring the high and low temperatures. Methods for determination of thermal characteristics of dielectrics.
