The course examines the basic laws of the interconversion of heat and mechanical energy and the properties of the bodies involved in these transformations, as well as the most important provisions of the laws and methods of analysis of thermodynamic processes and cycles of heat engines and devices.

 

The course consists of three modules: "Basic concepts and laws", "Thermodynamic parameters and processes", "Cycles of heat machines", each of which includes theoretical, practical and laboratory units.
