Alexander graduated from the heat and power department of Tomsk Polytechnic University in the direction of "Power system" in 2006. Degree awarded: "Thermophysical engineer." Since 2006 he has been working at the Tomsk Polytechnic University. Since 2010 - assistant at the Department of Theoretical and Industrial Heat Systems Engineering of the Institute of Power Engineering.
