 The main results of research

  • The control system of the forced inclusion of the electromagnetic actuator brakes, design and parameters of the releasing solenoid, a mechanical brake disk are developed. The design based on induction motors common industrial AIR series, AIS, with elevations of blood pressure axis of rotation 63, 71, 80, 90, 112, 132 mm and attached to the brake devices (versions "E, EN") has been developed and introduced in series production at the plant JSC "SKB Sibelektromotor" Tomsk (trademark AIРM112E, AD90EN, AД80E etc.).
  •  Crane 4MTKD280LB8 induction motor to work in the drive with the drive block brake was introduced at Karacharovskiy Mechanical Plant (Moscow) for tower crane lifting mechanism of 5 dimensions (Certificate "Hundred of the best goods of Tomsk region").
  •  Drum brakes series TKGM - 300 (400, 500) for a crane motor rotation axis altitude 200, 225, 280 mm and a set of design documentation for serial production were invented.
  •  The control system incorporating the solenoid actuator forced brakes, the design parameters and the releasing of the electromagnet, a mechanical disc brake with high torque were developed. Construction crane induction motors based 4MTН series MTН with heights of the axis of rotation 112, 132 mm and attached to the brake devices were developed and introduced in series production at the plant JSC "Sibelektromotor" Tomsk (trademark 4MTKH132LA6E, MTKH012-6E etc.).
