 In 1976 he graduated from the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute (TPU) specialty "Electrical machines".

 From 1976 to 1980. Engineer - designer SKB "Sibelektromotor" plant.

 From October 1980 to December 1982. Engineer-Lieutenant of the Soviet Army.

 1983 to January 2006. He worked at the Tomsk State Architecture - Building University at the

Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation.
