This course focuses on the study of the theoretical and practical foundations of modern strategic analysis for developing and implementing the company's strategy. The course is aimed at building knowledge of the methods and technologies used in the analysis of the strategic development of companies to achieve their goals and objectives. During the course students learn the tools of strategic analysis, in particular, the overall analysis of the external environment and internal environment, approaches to the development of the mission and goals of the company, types of company strategies and especially their development and implementation. At the end of the studies, students should have skills in searching and analyzing the information needed to support strategic decision-making, the analysis of the external environment and internal environment issues, the preparation of proposals for dealing with them, the ability to critically assess the prospects for their implementation.
