The given working Program is formed on the basis of the State educational standard for training engineers and bachelors in Technological Machines and Equip-ment and Equipment - 551800, Welding Equipment and Technology - 120500 and the standard Program Electrical Engineering Courses for non-electrotechnical professions provided for higher educational institutions. The structure, contents and the Program design are equivalent to the TPU standard "STP TPU 2.0.01-99".

The essence and the order of studying the theoretical material, topics for labora-tory works and tutorials, topics for individual works, information about kinds of student knowledge control, a list of main and supplementary literature, and a list of methodical and visual aids are presented in the working Program.
