Conditions of participation
You should execute on-line registration form to participate in the conference. If you are contributor you should send the next documents to Organising committee at e-mail:bulba@tpu.ru not later than September 15, 2016:
- The scan of the covering letter from organization (Participants from TPU don’t need such letters!)
- The application for participation (For all participants (authors and so-authors of reports!))
- The report text
Materials are transferred via e-mail. It is allowed not to send the printed report manuscript to the Organizing committee.
Program formation and conference proceedings publication
The conference program will be drawn up after the approval of all reports by the Organizing committee and will be sent to participants via e-mail. Approved reports will be published before the conference in the form of collected proceedings.
Each of the participants may enter no more than 2 reports. File of report should be in MS Office Word 2003-2016 and referred to the surname of author- reporter (eg: IvanovAB_rep.doc).
Papers are not edited, all responsibility for writing style and grammar is rested on the authors!
Attention! Reports without the application will not be accepted for publication.
