International scientific conference «Isotopes: technologies, materials and application» will be held on November 7 - 9, 2023 at Tomsk Polytechnic University, Tomsk, Russia.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference book of abstracts.

According to the conference results the best reports of young scientists, post-graduate students and students will be chosen by the organizing committee. Authors of the best reports will be awarded diplomas and souvenirs.

During the period from November 7 to 9, 2023, the VIII International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists, Postgraduates and Students “Isotopes: Technologies, Materials and Applications” (ITMP-2023) will be held on the basis of the Advanced Engineering School “Intelligent Energy Systems” and the Engineering School of Nuclear Technologies.

The organizing committee in each section holds a competition for the best scientific report of students, graduate students and young scientists. The best reports will be awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts.

The official languages ​​of the conference are Russian and English. Simultaneous translation is not provided.

October 30 2023 – deadline for submission of abstracts

November 6 2023 – end of registration of conference participants

November 7 2023 – opening of the conference, plenary session

November 7 - 9 2023 – conference sections meeting

November 9 2023 – closing of the conference, diploma and souvenirs delivery ceremony

December 11 ​2023 – Deadline for submission of selected articles for publication in a journal indexed in Scopus

• Conference participants: students, post-graduate students, young scientists under 35, DSc – under 39 including.

• Scientific abstracts and reports in the form of articles should have expert opinion about the possibility of general publication of the articles information.

• Report at the conference for participants from TPU is compulsory. Works of the authors from TPU without reporting will not be published.

• Attention! Works reported for the conference should contain results of scientific research work. Reviews and surveys are not considered. Texts and materials of the articles are not edited. The authors and their scientific supervisors are totally responsible for scientific information, style, grammar of the works presented for the conference.

• Official languages of the conference are Russian and English. There will be no synchronous translation.

• All scientific abstracts will be published in one collection (in Russian and in English).

• The number of reports for one participant is not limited. The best reports will be published in the form of articles. The solution about publishing will be made by the Organizing committee at the close of the conference proceedings and will be sent to the results authors by e-mail.

• The authors of one report (co-authors) - not more than three.

1. Participant application form (Author’s full name, report title).

2. Information about the author (authors).

The following signed documents should be sent to Institute of Physics and Technology:

1. Signed information about the authors (signed by scientific supervisors, if the report is in English- by the scientific supervisor and English language teacher).

2. One paper version of the abstract (electronic version should be sent to bbc@tpu.ru)

3. Expert opinion about the possibility of general publication of the report information.

After all the documents for participation have been received by the Organization committee (participant application form, report abstract, information about the authors and expert opinion) the authors will be informed about admission (or rejection) of the paper within 5 days.

Attention!

After receiving e-mail confirmation that the article is admitted, the author should send an electronic version of the article according to the requirements of the journal to bbc@tpu.ru.

The editors have a right to decide against publishing the articles written out of accordance with the requirements to the articles, or containing little scientific novelty.
