Center problems:

• criteria and procedures analysis of the authoritative international organizations for certification and registration of professional engineers for the development of requirements to graduates of university and basic educational programs of Tomsk polytechnic university;
• management of certification and registration of TPU graduates in the international registers of professional engineers;
• level identification of the university basic educational programs courseware;
• quality improvement of educational modules courseware according to modern requirements to educational management and last achievements in this area;
• teaching staff stimulation directed on constant improvement of the basic educational programs courseware by an additional incentive establishment on period of the certificate validity on accreditation of educational modules;
• to inform teaching staff and students of qualitative level of realized basic educational programs and conformance to the modern requirements of the educational management.
