Born on August 27, 1975 in Kemerovo, Russia.

Graduated from high school in 1992.

Entered Kuzbass State Technical University in 1992 and graduated from it in 1997. Specialty – Economy of Mining Industry.

Attended graduate school of Kuzbass State Technical University in 1997 and graduated from it ahead of schedule with receiving candidate in economy degree. Candidate thesis: “Transitivity and economic contradictions of credit relations in Russian Economy”.

In 1999-2014 - senior lecturer, assistant professor of Economics department of Kuzbass State Technical University.

In 2003 awarded the rank of associate professor.

From 2014 to nowadays - assistant professor of Economy department of National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (Institute of Humanities, Social Sciences and Technologies).

In 2015 received PhD in Economy, the doctoral thesis: “Neo-industrial Oriented Transformation of Russian Economy”.
