Probability theory and mathematical statistics

As a result of development of this discipline the bachelor acquires the knowledge, skills providing achievement of the objectives of the main educational program "Applied informatics". The discipline is aimed at training of bachelors in the field of scientific idea of casual events and sizes, and also of methods of their research.

When studying discipline bachelors have to learn to count independently the accuracy of technological processes, to choose technological bases and to define an installation error, to appoint optimum allowances for processing, to estimate technological effectiveness of products, to carry out calculations of technological dimensional chains.

Mathematical modeling

"Mathematical modeling" is the discipline purpose studying by undergraduates of optimizing models, mathematical models of optimum control for continuous and discrete processes, practical examples of application on macro - and micro level and adoptions of administrative decisions. As a result of development of this discipline the undergraduate acquires the knowledge, skills providing achievement of the objectives of the main educational program "Applied informatics".
