1969 - graduated from the Faculty of Radio Physics of Tomsk State University. 1972 - defended thesis for the Ph. D. degree ( technical sciences). 1974 - received a certificate of associate professor of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics. 1995 - defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences. 1997 - received the certificate of the professor of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics. Work Experience 1969 - 1972 Assistant of the automated control system department of Tomsk Polytechnic Institute (now Tomsk Polytechnic University). 1972 - 1975 Head of university management laboratory of Tomsk State University of Control systems and radioelectronics (now Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics). 1975 - 1999 - Associate Professor, Professor of Tomsk State University of Control systems and radioelectronics. 1999 - 2011 Head of Management Systems Optimization department of TPU. 2011 - Professor of Management Systems Optimization department of TPU.
