Results of researches: The TPU has a unique technology of neutron-transmutation of monocrystalline silicon ingot up to 5 inches.
According to the results of scientific research more than 100 scientific works have been published. Of these, 25 are indexed in the Scopus database and the Web of Science. 10 inventor's certificates for invention and 8 patents of the Russian Federation were received.
