The main objectives of the discipline is to familiarize bachelors with the basic mechanisms and their kinematic and dynamic characteristics; assimilation of the principles of operation of individual mechanisms and their interaction in the machine; learning how to find the kinematic and dynamic parameters of given tools and machines, the optimal parameters of given kinematic and dynamic properties of designed mechanisms using modern computer technology.
