During the study process objects and subjects of the different types of intellectual property, legal provisions relating to the protection and use of intellectual property and the protection of the authors rights will be considered. Special attention will be paid to the issues of patent registration rights and the industrial property rights protection. During the studying process objects and subjects of the different types of intellectual property, legal provisions relating to the protection and use of intellectual property and the protection of the rights of authors will be considered; special attention will be paid to the issues of the patent rights registration and the industrial property right protection.
