1998 - graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Tomsk State University with a degree in "World Economy" and employed in the Expert-Analytical Center of the Tomsk Region Administration.
2000 – 2013 - office staff of Tomsk Region Administration government procurement departments, forming the concept of an effective system of placement of state orders.
2003 - PhD thesis, specialty 08.00.01 "Economic Theory" on "State at the national market system: an institutional analysis" (supervisor PhD, Professor Vladimir S. Tsitlenok).
2006 – 2010 - participation in teaching training programs "Management of state and municipal procurement" (120 hours) in the Tomsk branch of the Siberian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
Since 2012 an employee of the Department of Economics ISGT TPU.
