Within my main position at the university my research focuses on foreign language learning and teaching and addresses two major areas: Content and Language Integrated Learning and English as Medium of Instruction. I also research teacher development as well as university staff expertise in EAP and English for professional purposes.
In the past, I have also looked at communicative strategies and use of EFL in classroom as well as pragmatics of intercultural communication.

Within my another  field of interest – university development I am engaged in work as leading expert at TPU Development Programmes Office with areas of expertise in higher education development trends, university rankings, university internationalization with co-authorship in TPU strategic plans as National research university (TPU roadmaps).
