This discipline includes two modules. The module "Modern trends in oil and gas sector of Russian economy," examines the main problems of development of exploration, mining, oil refining and transportation segments of oil and gas industry. Particular attention is paid to public administration and development factors in the current economic situation and forecasting the future prospects. It is necessary to pay attention to the financial, economic and organizational aspects of the development of oil and gas segments. The module "Mechanisms of state regulation of oil and gas industry" considers issues related to the taxation of mining operations, the regulation of foreign economic activity of enterprises and production of oil and gas equipment. Particular attention is paid to the calculation of tax on the extraction of minerals regarding oil, natural gas and condensate and export duty calculation changes.
