Main directions: historical, dynamic and descriptive geology. The historical geology analyzes one of the directions of discipline and describes in a chronological order processes on Earth. Researches within descriptive geology – geological studying of placement and structure corresponding geological bodies. The dynamic direction is engaged in studying of evolution of geological processes.
