| Svetlana Rybushkina is the Head of International Programs and a Senior Teacher at Tomsk Polytechnic University. She has 15 years of experience in teaching English and translation to engineering students and faculty. Ms Rybushkina has published over 50 academic works appearing in journals and conference proceedings. Her research interests focus on communicative and integrated approaches, teacher’s roles and the quality of higher engineering education. Ms Rybushkina has experience as a manager and principle researcher in European education, training methodology and culture through several research and academic projects with universities, training organisations, and research centres.
