Nikolay Ruban was born on July 17, 1988 in the town of Ust-Kamchatsk in Russia. From 2005 to 2010 - a student of the electric stations department of Institute of Power Engineering of Tomsk Polytechnic University. In December 2014, Nikolay Ruban defended his dissertation "Means of all-regimes modeling of the high frequency phase-comparison protection of transmission lines". Since 2010 till now - employee of the R&D Lab "Modeling of Electric Power Systems". Mikhail Andreev was a participant of more than a dozen national and international exhibitions and forums and have the diplomas and medals. From 2005 to 2014 - assistant of the electric power systems department. From 2014 to 2015 - senior lecturer of the electric power systems department.
